Signal cable
Signal cable is a signal transmission tool. Generally, the signal transmitted by the signal cable is very small. In order to avoid the interference of the signal, there is a shielding layer outside the signal cable. The shielding layer of the wrapped conductor is generally conductive cloth, braided copper mesh or copper (aluminum). The shielding layer needs to be grounded. The external interference signal can be introduced into the ground by this layer to avoid the interference signal entering the inner conductor and reduce the loss of the transmission signal.
Purpose of signal cable
The sensor signal cable is used for signal transmission of various sensors, instruments and meters. The sensor signal cable adopts silver-plated conductor and multi-core structure to ensure that the resistance between each core is highly consistent, and can accurately transmit the weak electrical signal to hundreds of meters away.
Signal cable structure
The sensor signal cable is made of tin-plated or silver-plated conductors. The sensor signal cable has four layers of protection, including insulation layer, shielding layer, winding layer and sheath layer, to ensure the accurate transmission of weak electrical signal. Insulation layer: the physical and chemical properties are equivalent to that of the sheath layer. In a narrow environment, the sheath, shielding mesh and winding layer can be removed and used separately as a conductor. Winding layer: The winding layer is a kind of selected polymer material, which is mainly used to prevent the shield mesh from damaging the insulation layer. It also enhances the overall mechanical performance of the cable. Shielding layer: exquisite metal materials (using copper or tinned copper), on the one hand, must successfully derive interference signals, and very thin metal wires must have sufficient bending resistance to prevent metal chips from affecting other electrical equipment. Sheath: excellent mechanical properties, able to withstand high strength metal impact and cutting. It has very high tensile strength and can also withstand long-term repeated bending.
