Compensating cable

The cable compensation cable connecting thermocouple and temperature display instrument can be used to transmit electric energy on submersible motor with AC voltage of 500V and below. Compensation cable function

The function of compensation cable is to extend the cold end of multipoint hot electrode and moving thermocouple, and connect with display instrument to form multipoint temperature measurement system. The insulating layer and protective layer of the compensation cable are imported high-quality fluoroplastics, and the whole continuous extrusion process is adopted, which makes the product have excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance, wear resistance and non-flammability, and can be immersed in oil and water for long-term use. The service temperature of compensation cable is between - 60 ℃ and 260 ℃, which belongs to the contemporary international advanced level. Thermocouple compensation cable is suitable for multi-point connection of automatic temperature measuring instruments in power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, light textile and other industries as well as national defense, scientific research and other departments.

Characteristics of compensation cable

1. Operating temperature: heat-resistant grade: - 65 ℃~+200 ℃ and - 65 ℃~+260 ℃; 2. Ordinary grade: - 40 ℃~+70 ℃ and - 40 ℃~+105 ℃; 3. Compensation cable: not less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable with armor, and not less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable without armor; 4. Insulation resistance (20 ℃): PVC insulation shall not be less than 25M Ω · Km; FEP or PEA insulation shall not be less than 100M Ω · Km; 5. Flame retardant property: Class A (tested according to GB12666.5-90)
