Wire and cable BV

BV wire, referred to as plastic copper wire, is also called copper core PVC insulated cloth wire. B represents the category of cloth wire, V represents the insulation of PVC. It is applicable to cables and wires for power devices, household appliances, instruments and telecommunication equipment with AC voltage of 450/750V and below.

BV wire and cable type

BV lines are divided into ZR-BV and NH-BV.    ZR-BV: copper-core PVC insulated flame-retardant wire: the insulating material is added with flame retardant, and it will not ignite when leaving the open fire. The flame-retardant BV line is divided into three grades: A, B, C, and Class A is the best, and so on. The most commonly used is ZR-BV.    NH-BV: copper core PVC insulated refractory wire: it can be used normally under normal fire. Others: BV flexible wire is represented by BVR, BV rubber copper wire is represented by BX, BV rubber aluminum is represented by BLX, BV plastic aluminum is represented by BLV, fire-resistant BV wire is represented by NH-BV, and fire-retardant BV wire is represented by ZR-BV.

Use characteristics of wire and cable BV

General purpose single-core hard conductor unshheathed wire is applicable to cables and wires for power devices, household appliances, instruments and telecommunication equipment with AC voltage of 450/750V and below. Purpose Common insulated wires and household wires are the most commonly used types of wires. It has acid and alkali resistance, oil resistance, moisture resistance, mildew resistance and other characteristics.
