Ryy is a flame-retardant and environment-friendly flexible cable. Among them, R refers to the structure of flexible conductor, and the other two Y refers to polyolefin insulation and polyolefin sheath. The full name is copper-core low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin insulated and sheathed flexible cable.

Applicable place of ryy wire and cable

RYY is applicable to transmission lines of electrical appliances and mechanical equipment with AC rated voltage of 450/750V and below. Low-smoke halogen-free polyolefin is an environment-friendly cable with small smoke emission and halogen-free acid gas release during combustion. It is applicable to places with special requirements for fire protection.

WDZ-RYY cable has halogen-free and low-smoke, low-halogen and low-smoke characteristics. When a fire occurs, the spread speed is slow, the smoke concentration is low, the visibility is high, and the release of harmful gases is small, which is convenient for personnel evacuation. The corrosive nature of the combustion gas is small, and the damage to the instrument and equipment is avoided. The low halogen and halogen-free characteristics greatly improve the aging resistance, ultraviolet resistance and other radiation resistance of the cable material, thus extending the service life of the cable.

1. The voltage class is 450/750V, and the polyolefin voltage is 0.6/1KV.    2. Executive standard GB9330-88, flame retardant performance executive standard GB12666-90.    3. Long-term working temperature shall not be lower than - 20 and 40 ℃, and shall not exceed 90 and 105 ℃, and the temperature during laying shall not be lower than 0 ℃.    4. The bending radius of unarmored cable shall not be less than 6 times of the outer diameter of the cable, and that of armored cable shall not be less than 12 times of the outer diameter of the cable.
