High temperature resistant cable
High-temperature resistant wire and cable is a kind of cable that can normally transmit signal or electric energy under high temperature. High-temperature resistant wires and cables are those with long-term continuous working temperature of 125 ℃, 135 ℃, 150 ℃, 180 ℃, 200 ℃, 250 ℃ and above. Currently, the commonly used wires and cables include irradiated cross-linked polyolefin, silicone rubber, fluororesin, polyamide imide, mica, magnesium oxide, etc. Heat-resistant wires and cables and high-temperature wires and cables need to meet two requirements. This is because the ambient temperature of wire and cable is high, and the cable can normally transmit signal or electric energy under high temperature for a long time. The other is power transmission cable, which mainly aims to increase the interception capacity.
Characteristics of high temperature resistant cable
It has excellent corrosion resistance, oil resistance, strong acid resistance, strong alkali resistance, etc; It has excellent electrical insulation performance, high temperature resistance, low high-frequency loss, no moisture absorption, and high insulation resistance; It has excellent flame retardancy, aging resistance and long service life.
High-temperature resistant cable model
1. Polyethersulfone insulated cable. Excellent heat resistance, physical and mechanical properties, electrical insulation, extrusion molding, and stable performance at high temperature. The thermal deformation temperature is 200-220 ℃, the continuous use temperature is 180-200 ℃, and the ul temperature index is 180 ℃. It can withstand 150-160 ℃ hot water or steam, and is not subject to acid and alkali erosion. The elastic modulus is almost constant at 100-200 degrees, the linear expansion coefficient is small, the temperature dependence is small, and it is non-toxic, approved by the US DA, self-extinguishing, and does not add any flame retardant. 2. Polyether ether ketone insulated cable. PEEK is an ultra-heat-resistant thermoplastic resin, with a long-term continuous use temperature of 250 ℃ and ul temperature index of 250 ℃. Peek is a flexible resin, which can meet the requirements of creep resistance, self-extinguishing property and without adding any flame retardant. 3. Heat-resistant silicone rubber insulated silicone rubber sheathed cable. Suitable for household appliances, lighting fixtures, gas appliances and other high-temperature environment. It is divided into tinned copper core silicone rubber insulated high temperature resistant flexible wire, tinned copper core silicone rubber insulated braided shield high temperature resistant flexible wire, tinned copper core silicone rubber insulated high voltage wire, tinned copper core silicone rubber insulated medium rubber sleeve flexible cable, tinned copper core silicone rubber insulated heavy rubber sleeve flexible cable.

There are two main types of high-temperature resistant cables
1. Fluoroplastic wires and cables are: FEP (commonly known as F46), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer (ETFE, commonly known as F40), and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). Fluoroplastic cables mainly include high temperature communication cables, high temperature resistant lead wires and installation wires, high temperature compensation wires and industrial high temperature resistant power and control signal cables, radiation resistant cables for atomic reactors and wires for locomotives and vehicles. 2. Silicon rubber insulated wire and cable: silicon rubber has good heat resistance. The commonly used silicone rubber for wires and cables is methyl vinyl silicone rubber, and the operating temperature range is - 60 ℃~180 ℃. Silicone rubber has good zigzag function and low temperature function, and is not easy to damage and crack. These functions are not available in general high temperature cables. Therefore, silicone rubber cables have a wide application scale and have become a highlight of high temperature cables. Silicone rubber cables are used in high-temperature mobile cables, flexible power cables, motor leads, and high-temperature operation places in low-temperature environment.
