DJYPVP cable is a computer shielded cable, the full name of which is polyethylene insulated twisted pair copper wire braided sub-shielded and total shielded PVC sheathed computer cable,  Long-term working temperature of DJYPVP cable conductor: PVC has 70 ℃ and 105 ℃; 70 ℃ for polyethylene insulation; Cross-linked PVC insulation is 90 ℃.  The cable is allowed to be fixed and laid under the ambient temperature of - 40 ℃~50 ℃, and the ambient temperature during laying shall not be lower than 0 ℃. Cables with copper tape shielding structure, The bending radius during laying shall not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable, and the bending radius of other cables during laying shall not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.

DJYPVP cable characteristics

1. Working temperature: generally not more than 70 ℃, low ambient temperature: fixed laying - 40 ℃. Non-fixed laying - 15 ℃;  2. General flame retardance shall comply with GB12666.2-90&dec bundle flame retardance shall comply with GB12666.5-90;  3. Rated voltage: U0/U: 300/500V;  4. Small bending radius: the cable without armor layer shall not be less than 10 times of the outer diameter of the cable, and the cable with armor layer shall not be less than 12 times of the outer diameter of the cable.  5. Executive standard of the product: Q/HHTZH002.4 (equivalent to British BS5308 standard), and the flame retardant shall comply with GB12666-90 standard.

Difference between DJYPVP and DJYPVRP cables

Shielding materials include round copper wire, copper tape, aluminum tape/plastic composite tape.  The shielded pair and the shielded pair have good insulation performance. If the potential difference between the shielded pair and the shielded pair occurs during the use of the cable, the signal transmission quality will not be affected.
