Frequency conversion cable: the cable connecting the frequency conversion power supply and the frequency conversion motor. The structure of the frequency conversion cable includes three main line insulated wires and three zero line insulated wires. The inner winding layer, copper tape layer, outer winding layer and outer sheath layer are arranged outside the main line insulated wire and zero line insulated wire in order to form a 3+3 core structure, which makes the cable have strong resistance to voltage impact and can withstand the pulse voltage at high speed and frequent frequency conversion, It plays a good role in the protection of variable frequency electrical appliances.

Purpose of frequency conversion cable

The frequency conversion cable is mainly used for the connection between the frequency conversion power supply and the frequency conversion motor, as well as in the transmission and distribution lines with the rated voltage of 1KV and below, for the transmission of electric energy. It is especially suitable for papermaking, metallurgy, metal processing, mining, railway, food processing and other industries.

Service conditions of frequency conversion cable

1. Rated voltage U0/U: 0.6/1KV.    2. The maximum allowable long-term temperature of cable conductor is 90 ℃, and the maximum temperature is 250 ℃ in case of short circuit.    3. The ambient temperature for installation and laying shall not be lower than 0 ℃, and the ambient temperature for fixed laying shall not be lower than - 10 ℃.    4. The allowable minimum bending radius of the cable shall not be less than 15D (D-cable outer diameter, mm)
