Classification of wires and cables
一. What requirements should be met for cable laying?
The following requirements should be met: ① In terms of safe operation, various external damages should be avoided as much as possible to improve the power supply reliability of cable lines; ② In terms of economy, consider the most economical aspect of investment; ③ In terms of construction, the path of the cable line must be convenient for spinning and maintenance after operation.
二、What are the insulating materials used to make cable terminal heads or intermediate joints?
There are insulating adhesive, insulating tape, insulating pipe, insulating gloves, insulating resin, etc.
三、 General operating procedures for cable head fabrication?
(1) Preparation before production: including 1 reading the installation instructions; 2. Inspect the scene; 3. Material preparation; 4. Cable moisture test; 5. Pre production testing, etc; (2) The manufacturing process of the connector includes: 1. cutting off excess cables; Stripping and cutting of cable protective layer; 3 Conductor connection; Wrapped insulation (or shrink tubing); 5 Install the connector housing; 6. Pour insulating agent; 7. Conduct sealing treatment, etc; (3) Electrical testing after fabrication.
四、 What requirements should the processing of cable protection tubes meet?
(1) The pipe orifice should be free of burrs and sharp edges, and should be made into a trumpet shape; (2) After bending, the cable pipe should be free of cracks and significant indentation, and its flattening degree should not be greater than 10% of the outer diameter of the pipe; The bending radius of the cable conduit shall not be less than the minimum allowable bending radius of the cable penetrated; (3) Metal pipes should be coated with anti-corrosion paint or asphalt on the outside, and galvanized pipes should also be coated with anti-corrosion paint at the place where the zinc layer peels off.
5、 What requirements does the arrangement of cables meet?
(1) Power cables and control cables should not be configured on the same layer of support; (2) High and low voltage cables, and strong and weak current control cables should be arranged in layers according to the required order. Generally, they should be arranged from top to bottom. However, when high voltage cables with a voltage of over 35 kV are introduced into the cabinet, they can be arranged from below to top to meet the bending radius.
