The structure of the welding machine cable is a single core, usually consisting of multiple copper wires forming a copper wire group, and multiple copper wire groups forming the conductor part of the welding machine cable. Therefore, the YH cable body is relatively thick, with hundreds of copper wires. Multiple sets of copper wires are surrounded by a layer of heat-resistant polyester film insulation. The insulation layer is generally made of pure natural rubber, and the copper wire is made of oxygen free copper, in order to ensure the good conductivity of the wire core and the safety of the cable.
