Locomotive cable
Locomotive cables are suitable for the control of electrical energy transmission signals for various locomotives and urban rail subway vehicles, as well as for various electrical devices with flame retardant requirements.
Locomotive cable
Cables for Locomotive and rolling stock are applicable to the wiring of electrical equipment inside the locomotive and rolling stock with the AC rated voltage of 3000V and below. They are soft in structure and can be used in occasions polluted by mineral oil and fuel oil. The long-term allowable working temperature of the cable should not exceed 100 ℃.
Applicable scope of Locomotive cable
The wires and cables of Locomotive shall be used for electrical equipment of power distribution system, control system and signal system of wires and cables for Passenger railroad car with rated voltage below 3KV. It is especially suitable for narrow space and occasions with special requirements such as low smoke, halogen-free, flame retardant, etc.
Application characteristics of wires and cables for Locomotive
1. The rated voltage (AC) is divided into 500V, 750V, 1500, and 3000; 2. The allowable long-term working environment for the cable core is 125 ℃, and the temperature during short circuit should not exceed 250 ℃ (short circuit time is 5 seconds); 3. The minimum operating ambient temperature of cable: -40 ℃ for non high-strength thin-walled Passenger railroad car cable and -60 ℃ for non high-strength thin-walled Passenger railroad car cable; 4. The cables for non high-strength thin-walled Passenger railroad car are allowed to be used in the environment polluted by various oils, and the cables for high-strength thin-walled Passenger railroad car are allowed to be used in the harsh environment polluted by various oils and non high concentration of acid and alkali; 5. The allowable bending radius for cable laying: when the cable diameter is less than or equal to 10mm, it shall not be greater than twice the outer diameter of the cable; When the cable diameter is greater than 10mm, it is less than or equal to 20mm and not more than 4 times the outer diameter of the cable; When the cable diameter is greater than 20mm, it shall not be greater than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
