Characteristics of high-temperature resistant cables
High temperature resistant cables have excellent properties such as oil resistance, water resistance, wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, various corrosive gases, aging resistance, and non combustion, making them suitable for industries such as metallurgy, power, and petrochemical.
High temperature resistant cable model
1. Polyether sulfone insulated cables. Excellent heat resistance, physical and mechanical properties, electrical insulation, extrusion formability, and stable performance at high temperatures. The thermal deformation temperature is between 200 and 220 degrees, the continuous use temperature is between 180 and 200 degrees, and the UL temperature index is 180 degrees. It can withstand hot water or steam at temperatures ranging from 150 to 160 degrees Celsius and is not susceptible to acid or alkali attack. The elastic modulus remains almost constant at 100-200 degrees, with a small coefficient of linear expansion and temperature dependence. It is non-toxic, recognized by the US DA, self extinguishing, and does not add any flame retardants.
2. Polyether ether ketone insulated cables. Polyether ether ketone is a super heat-resistant thermoplastic resin with a long-term continuous use temperature of 250 degrees Celsius and a UL temperature index of 250 degrees Celsius. Peek is a flexible resin that meets the requirements of creep resistance, self extinguishing properties, and the absence of any flame retardants.
3. Heat resistant silicone rubber insulated silicone rubber sheathed cable. Suitable for high temperature environments such as household appliances, lighting fixtures, and gas appliances. It is divided into tinned copper core silicone rubber insulated and high-temperature resistant flexible wire, tinned copper core silicone rubber insulated and braided shielding high-temperature resistant flexible wire, tinned copper core silicone rubber insulated high-voltage wire, tinned copper core silicone rubber insulated medium rubber sleeve flexible cable, and tinned copper core silicone rubber insulated heavy rubber sleeve flexible cable.
