Classification of pvc cable material

The protection level requires good heat resistance, while the insulation level requires good insulation. The key points for the selection of each component are as follows: 1 PVC resin: high molecular weight and easy absorption of plasticizer are required, so loose PVC resin by suspension method is selected. 2 Plasticizer: The content of plasticizer is generally about 50PHR, and the maximum is up to 60PHR. 3 Plasticizer: The content of plasticizer is generally about 50PHR, and the maximum is up to 60PHR. 4 Lubricant: Due to a large amount of plasticizer, the requirements for internal lubricant are not very high. 5 Filler: adding filler to the cable material can improve the electrical insulation performance, heat resistance and reduce the cost, but excessive amount will cause the molding and the performance of the cable material to decline.
