What is PVC cable?

PVC cable material is a particle prepared by mixing and extruding PVC based resin with stabilizer, dioctyl phthalate, diisocyl phthalate, dioctyl terephthalate, trioctyl trimellite and other plasticizers, as well as inorganic fillers, additives, lubricants and other additives such as calcium carbonate.

By adding special performance additives or modifiers, PVC cable materials of heat-resistant (105 ℃), cold-resistant, oil-resistant, fire-resistant, extra-soft and non-toxic types can be manufactured to meet the needs of special wire and cable products.

Classification of pvc cable material

The protection level requires good heat resistance, while the insulation level requires good insulation.
