Wire and cable QC
QC: quality control, equivalent to product inspector, including incoming inspector (IQC), in-process inspector (IPQC) and final inspector (FQC). Quality control is the activity of technical and management measures taken to make products or services meet quality requirements. The goal of quality control is to ensure that the quality of products or services can meet the requirements (including explicit, customary or mandatory provisions).
The role of QC in wires and cables
QC is mainly responsible for the inspection of finished products, raw and auxiliary materials. QC is a quality assurance for the whole company, including the release of finished products, raw and auxiliary materials, and the normal operation of the quality management system. In the development history of quality management, "QC" first appeared. It is the most basic requirement of quality management to ship products after inspection. The QC function is to control the production and processing process and statistics/analysis of process data, and provide relevant information to other departments.
QC application field
In the enterprise field, quality control activities mainly refer to the internal production site management of the enterprise. It has nothing to do with the contract or not. It refers to the activities of technical and management measures for control to achieve and maintain quality. Quality inspection is subordinate to quality control and an important activity of quality control. Internationally, quality control objects can set "witness point" or "stop point" according to their importance and supervision and control requirements. "Witness point" and "Hold point" are both quality control points, and their operation procedures and supervision requirements are different due to their different importance or impact of their quality consequences.
