What is the KVV cable?

KVV cable is a PVC insulated control cable, which is mainly used for control, signal, protection and measurement system wiring. It is manufactured according to GB9330 Plastic Insulated Control Cables, IEC60227 PVC Insulated Cables with Rated Voltage of 450/750V and Below, and IEC60502 Extruded Insulated Power Cables and Accessories with Rated Voltage of 1-30kV.

Use KVV control cable products

KVV control cables are widely used, and are often used in control and monitoring circuits and protection lines with voltage levels of 450/750V and below. Including low-smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant and shielded cables. Product characteristics of KVV control cable

1. Implement the standard GB9330-88KVV control cable.    2. The long-term allowable working temperature of the core conductor is 70 ℃, and the ambient temperature during cable laying is not lower than 0 ℃. If the wire works in the environment below zero, it must be preheated first.    3. The cable can produce 2-61 cores.    4. KVV control cables are widely laid indoors. Fixed places, such as cable trenches and pipes.    5. Common model of control cable KVV.KVV.KVV2.KVV2.KVVV.KVVV.KVV.    6. Its rated voltage is 450/750 V or 0.6/1 kV.    7. Allowable bending radius: the allowable bending radius of unarmored cable is more than 6 times of the outer diameter. The allowable bending radius of armored or copper shielded cable is 12 times of the outer diameter. The allowable bending radius of shielded flexible cable is more than 6 times of the outer diameter.    8. Laying scope: applicable to indoor, cable trench, pipeline and other fixed places.    9. Scope of application: PVC insulated PVC sheathed control cable is applicable to the wiring of control, signal, protection and measurement systems with rated voltage of 450/750V and below or 0.6/1kV and below.
