Wire, cable, electromagnetic wire
Electromagnetic wire, also known as winding wire, is an insulated wire used to manufacture coils or windings in electrical products. Electromagnetic wires are generally divided into enameled wires, wound wires, enamelled wound wires, and inorganic insulated wires.
Electromagnetic wire classification
Electromagnetic wires can be classified according to their basic composition, conductive core, and electrical insulation layer. Generally, the electrical insulation layer is divided into enameled wire, wrapped wire, enameled wrapped wire, and inorganic insulation wire according to the insulating material used and the manufacturing method.
Purpose of electromagnetic wire
The use of electromagnetic wires can be divided into two types: ① General purpose, mainly used for motors, electrical appliances, instruments, transformers, etc., to generate electromagnetic effects by winding coils, and to achieve the purpose of converting electrical energy to magnetic energy using the principle of electromagnetic induction; ② Special purpose, applied to fields with special characteristics requirements such as electronic components and new energy vehicles. For example, micro electronic wires are mainly used for the transmission of information in the electronic and information industries, while special wires for new energy vehicles are mainly used for the production and manufacturing of new energy vehicles.
