76/132kV CU/XLPE/WBT/CWS/WBT/AL-PET/HDPE OR CU/XLPE/WBT/CAS/PVC high voltage cable

XLPE insulated copper wire screen or corrugated aluminum sheath high voltage cable with copper conductor

Application:

This product is suitable for AC 50Hz lines with a rated voltage not exceeding 76/132kV, lines that have general waterproof and cold resistance requirements and certain insulation requirements for the outer sheath, and is used for power transmission and distribution.

Construction:

1.    Conductor - Plain annealed class 2 circular compacted conductor or segment copper conductor

2.   Binder tape - Semi-conductive Tetoron tape

3.   Conductor screen – Semi-conductive compound

4.    Insulation - Cross linked polyethylene (XLPE)

5.    Insulation screen - Semi-conductive compound

6.    Watertight Bedding - Semi-conducting water swellable tape 

7.    Metal screen - Copper wire 

8.  Metal sheath(screen) - Weld corrugated aluminum sheath coated asphalt

9.   Watertight Bedding - Semi-conducting water swellable tape

10.  Radial direction watertight layer - Aluminum plastic composite tape

11.  Outer sheath - High density polyethylene (HDPE) coated graphite

- Polyvinyl chloride compound (PVC) coated graphite

Note：1. Below 800 square is a circular compact conductor

2. 800 square can be a circular compacted conductor or segment conductor

3. 800 square above is segment conductor

Temperature characteristics:                    

Conductor operating temperature: -15℃~90℃                  

Min. temperatrue laying condition: 0℃                 

Conductor emergency operating temperature: 105℃

Conductor short-circuit operating temperature (5s): 250℃

AC High voltage test: 2.5U₀ for 30min

Partial Discharge at 1.5 U₀: 10PC or better
