MV-105 5-35kV Single core copper tape or copper wire screen cable 

Application:

The MV-105 cable is suitable for use in main power supply and distribution circuits in industrial and commercial installations, as well as power supply circuits in power plants where the line ground fault current is within the shielding capability range.

The cable can be used in wet or dry places, indoors or outdoors, and can be laid in open air, underground pipes or directly buried.

Construction:

1.    Conductor - Plain annealed class B compacted or compress copper

2.    Conductor screen – Semi-conductive compound

3.    Insulation – Water tree resistance Cross linked polyethylene (TR-XLPE)

4.    Insulation screen - Semi-conductive compound

5.   Metal screen – copper tape or copper wire

6.   Binder tape - Non-hygroscopic material tape

7.  Outer sheath - Polyvinyl chloride compound (PVC)

               - Cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE)

              - polyethylene(HDPE MDPE LLDPE)

Temperature characteristics:                    

Conductor operating temperature: -40℃~105℃                  

Min. temperatrue laying condition: 0℃                 

Conductor emergency operating temperature: 140℃

Conductor short-circuit operating temperature (5s): 250℃
