UL2464 Multi core PVC insulated With or without shielding PVC sheath electronic wire

Application:

UL2464 electronic wire is in line with UL758 standard electrical equipment internal connection wire, widely used in electronic, home appliances and industrial equipment internal weak current wiring scene. The rated operating temperature is 80℃, the voltage is 300V, and it has passed the UL VW-1 and CSA FT1 vertical fire resistance test.

Construction:

1.  Conductor - Stranded annealed copper or tinned copper

2.    Insulation - Chlorinated polyethylene compound (PVC)

3.    Filler - Non-hygroscopic material

4.    Binder tape - Non-hygroscopic material tape

5.    Screen - Copper wire braided screen(Can provide aluminum - plastic composite tape +tinned copper drain wire screen according to customer requirements)

6.    Jacket - Chlorinated polyethylene compound (PVC)

2 cores and above : 24AWG~12AWG
